At Home Inspections Oahu LLC, we bring over 14 hardworking years of professional experience in both construction and inspection. Our head inspector comes equipped with certification from American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) the most respected professional association for home inspectors in North America. ASHI certified home inspectors must pass the National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE) which tests the home inspectors competence and knowledge. We also hold residential building and uniform plumbing certificates with the International Code Council (ICC) the oldest nationwide construction code credentialing program.

Our knowledge comes from hands-on inspection experience working with the State of Hawaii inspecting projects for the Public Works Division. Some of these projects include the Oahu Community Correctional Center (OCCC), Department of Education, Department of Health, and The Information and Communication Services Division (ICSD). Prior to working with the State of Hawaii, our head inspector led projects as a Licensed General Contractor in Southern California, which is known for its painstakingly strict codes and regulations. This helped him develop construction skills including foundation, plumbing, electrical, roofing, water proofing, rough and finish carpentry.
